After more than a decade of coaching, I have heard just about every question there is.

Here are a few of the most common I get.

Personal training is working together in person. We have to be in the same room. Coaching allows us to work together remotely 24/7. There is no location constraint, meaning you are WAY more likely to reach your goals.

Absolutely. Coaching is for anyone who is serious about wanting results. I work with beginners all the way to advanced athletes. 

I am not able to offer in-person training anymore due to space and time constraints. Adept is a 100% online coaching service.

Yes your diet plan is a part of the coaching experience.

Yes your training plan (DUP) is a part of the coaching experience.

Once per week. You will be given a scheduled check-in day where you will required to send photos and meet your weekly requirements.

Front, back and sides. These allow for me to see how you are going week to week so that we can tailor and adjust as required to get you to your goals. I advise purchasing a Ring Light with a stand for consistent lighting (under $20 on Amazon).

Yep. The internet allows us to be able to continue everything as per normal from anywhere in the world.

No problem. I just need to be given a reasonable heads up.

Yes, 4 months. Progress is never instant. Good things take time.

Wrong mentality. Keeping your head down and doing the work showcases the best results. You’ll see changes quicker than you think.
